CREATIVE CRAFTS "TASTER DAYS"

RozDesigns is offering "Taster Days" in the following crafts:

 

 

(PATCHWORK & QUILTING)

2 sessions course                                               £60 for both sessions

Thursdays, 26 August & 30 September                     6.30pm to 9.30pm

 

Session 1   Learn how to make simple patchwork blocks, eg Log Cabin, Courthouse Steps, Railroad Fence.

 

Session 2   Learn how to machine quilt the 3 patchwork blocks you made in Session 1.

 

 

FABRIC DYEING AND PRINTING

1 full-day & 2 half-days course                                 £120 for all sessions

Friday, 5 November (all day), Thursday 2 & 16 December

 

Learn how to dye your cotton fabric to your chosen colour using just the 3 primary colours.  Solid plain colours, mottled colours, graduated series of shades of a colour, overdyeing fabrics to improve the colours.  You will go home with lots of recipes for different colours and shades, as well as lots of samples.

 

Also learn how to paint or print or stamp or stencil a pattern on your fabric.

 

 

MAKING A BAG

1 full-day course                         £60 for the full day 10am to 5pm

Saturday, 18 September

 

You will learn how to make EITHER a tote bag or a shoulder/hand bag

 

 

CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

2 sessions                                     £60 for both sessions

Thursdays, 14 October & 18 November 6.30pm to 9.30pm

 

You will learn how to make at least 4 different decorations for a Christmas tree and a padded fabric Christmas Wreath. 

 

 

CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS

2 sessions                                     £60 for both sessions

Thursdays, 28 October & 18 November     6.30pm to 9.30pm

 

You will learn how to make Christmas Stockings using Crazy Patchwork, Strip Quilting, Applique, or Embroidery.

 

If you book for both Christmas Decorations & Christmas Stockings the combined cost will be £90
